19th May 2007 Windsurfing: Blithfield Wind Direction: SW Wind Stength: F3-6 Surf / Sea State: Air Temperature: 15 Sea Temperature: Cool Weather: Squally Max Speed: Distance Covered: Sunny and windy when we arrived. Rigged 5.3 thinking it might be too big, then a squall passed through and the wind dropped away. Each squall brought the wind back, but only for 10 minutes at a time. Should have rigged my 6.7 and gone out between the squalls, but was feeling lazy. Later the weather and wind settled down and it looked reasonable blasting on a 7m, but we had called it a day. |
